Founded by Emel Dağdelen Çetin, a visionary entrepreneur with decades of experience in hospitality, construction, and tourism, Dorawood Design brings bespoke, handcrafted wooden and epoxy furniture from Türkiye to the United States.

Backed by the strength of Ozel Dora USA LLC, our brand represents the legacy of a family business deeply rooted in İnegöl—Türkiye’s furniture capital. From signature dining tables to complete custom interior solutions, each Dorawood piece is made to inspire, impress, and endure.

Our Mission

We create one-of-a-kind furniture for homes, hotels, restaurants, and offices—combining modern design with raw natural beauty. Every piece is handcrafted from premium materials like Turkish walnut and olivewood, infused with epoxy to highlight nature’s artistry.

Our Roots

Dorawood Design is an extension of Ozel Dora Otelcilik Turizm İnşaat A.Ş., a multi-million dollar group that has developed some of Türkiye’s most iconic luxury properties including:

  • Morrian Hotel – a 5-star hotel in Bursa with 121 rooms
  • Morrian Sapanca Resort – 74 luxury bungalows set in nature
  • Morrian Garden Residences – a high-end housing project with 184 units

Each of these projects reflects our deep commitment to quality, design, and sustainability—and Dorawood is no different.

Our Vision in the U.S.

With our first U.S. base in Houston, Texas, Dorawood Design aims to become a prominent name in the American luxury furniture market by:

  • Opening flagship showrooms in Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and Miami
  • Building a strong e-commerce presence
  • Partnering with architects, interior designers, and developers
  • Providing custom furniture for hospitality and commercial projects
  • Eventually producing luxury furniture locally in the U.S. using American walnut
